Rebel Therapy is fully virtual at this point. All sessions done from the convenience of your own home!

At this time no insurance options are available and I am private pay only. ! This allows me to provide the care you need and the flexibility to tailor care to you. Insurance can often dictate treatment and I prefer to have more flexibility in tailoring treatment to the individual

50 minute sessions- $175

90 minute EMDR or extended session: $215

I also offer a FREE 15 minute consult to make sure I am the right fit for you before we begin! Relationship with your therapist is important and I want to make sure we both feel good before beginning therapy

Yes! I offer one-session letters if needed! You do not need to be a current client. Letters are $100 for the session AND the letter!

You can expect that we will both be getting to know each other, getting a feel for each others styles, and making sure I know what you want to accomplish with me. I will do what is called a diagnostic assessment in the first session. No worries, I promise we don’t have to go through all these questions everytime!
